A high school diploma or equivalent and Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Food Science or Biological Science are required, with a Masters preferred. Candidates need 5-10 years meat and/or seafood industry FSQA management experience at a federal CFIA/FDA processing plant, ideally with 3-5 years in FSQA management plus R&D or production-operations.
