Requirements

The Director, Financial Analytics & Reporting requires proficiency in Beeline, Oracle Fusion, Smartsheet, and Excel. A strong understanding of analytics and finance is essential.

Responsibilities

The Director will develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, program health, resource utilization, and financial performance. This role provides oversight for program budgets and spend tracking, including SOW approvals, and analyzes trends, risks, and opportunities across portfolios. Responsibilities include translating data into actionable insights for executive leadership, setting standards for consistent reporting, leading automation initiatives, tracking the status of strategic projects, identifying KPIs and ROI tracking methods with partners, improving business processes, and developing and ensuring adherence to PMO policies and procedures. The Director will also oversee the development, training, and performance management of PMO staff, providing leadership and direction.
