Responsibilities

The Director, Finance (FP&A) will lead the annual budgeting, re-forecasting, and monthly reporting processes, partnering with cross-functional leaders on opportunity sizing and scenario planning to ensure alignment with company objectives. This role involves serving as the primary finance partner to senior leaders in HR, Governance, and Finance, informing strategy, resource allocation, and trade-offs. Responsibilities include overseeing the implementation and maintenance of financial infrastructure such as Anaplan, developing and mentoring a high-performing FP&A team, and monitoring enterprise KPIs. Additionally, the Director will build scalable financial models to support business planning and growth strategies, prepare financial updates and analyses for executive and board-level reporting, and collaborate with Accounting, Data Science, Investor Relations, and Corporate Strategy to ensure aligned financial narratives and data-driven recommendations.
