Requirements

  • Proven track record with at least 7-10 years of progressive experience in experiential marketing and event management
  • Minimum of 5 years in a leadership or senior role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven event and experiential marketing strategies

Responsibilities

  • Strategically identify, evaluate, and advocate for presence at high-impact third-party industry events, ensuring optimal resource allocation based on target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape
  • Secure and maximize keynote and speaking opportunities for senior leadership at top-tier industry events, collaborating with executives and corporate communications to develop compelling narratives and presentations
  • Own the strategy, development, and execution of proprietary events, including developing new formats, expanding programs, and reinforcing brand identity while delivering value to attendees
  • Establish and nurture a customer advisory board and other leadership programs to showcase customer stories and solutions through interactive, immersive experiences at events
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for events and experiential initiatives to measure impact on pipeline generation, brand perception, and customer engagement, using data to optimize strategy
  • Lead and mentor a team of event professionals, and manage relationships with key agencies and vendors to ensure flawless execution and strategic objectives are met
