Responsibilities

  • Define and own a digital solutions roadmap targeting friction points across the patient journey (awareness, diagnosis, treatment, adherence)
  • Align digital solutions with brand imperatives to drive market growth, awareness, and adherence
  • Shape and communicate AI embedding across the digital ecosystem for actionable insights and personalized experiences
  • Lead breakthrough digital health initiatives improving outcomes and experiences while ensuring compliance
  • Scope and prioritize use cases for coverage, reimbursement, and digital access for HCPs and patients
  • Translate business needs into requirements and partner with internal teams/external vendors for execution
  • Champion enterprise-wide CX transformation, including VoC programs, journey mapping, and CX frameworks
  • Collaborate with Brand, Digital Strategists, Market Access, Digital Ops, IT, Legal, Compliance, and partners to develop SOPs, rollout strategies, and technical roadmaps
  • Drive adoption of emerging health technologies and AI platforms for patient engagement, telehealth, and personalized care
  • Evaluate and integrate innovative tools (e.g., remote monitoring, AI-driven decision support) to improve outcomes and access
  • Secure leadership buy-in for innovative digital initiatives and lead alignment across teams without direct authority
  • Advocate for customers and patients, helping partners understand user problems, needs, and opportunities for digital/AI solutions
