Requirements

  • Experience in process design, optimization, KPIs, and automation to reduce inventory costs
  • Capability to identify risks, opportunities, gaps, and disconnects through trend analysis and recommend corrective actions
  • Proficiency in prioritizing commercial launches based on strategy, ROI, and competitive landscape
  • Knowledge of long-term planning (volume and value) for product transitions and RLBE processes

Responsibilities

  • Manage global S&OP and demand planning processes to minimize business impact in supply-constrained conditions
  • Support RLBE process by identifying risks and opportunities to the latest demand forecast through S&OP and trend analysis; validate supply capacity ahead of sign-off
  • Identify gaps and disconnects between commercial demand forecasts, OEM strategic portfolio archetypes, and production capacity; recommend corrective actions
  • Lead long-term planning updates (volume and value) as part of OEM process to align supply capacity with upcoming product transitions (e.g., Universal Reader, FSL3 form factor)
  • Design and implement processes for managing constrained production lines, including cadence, tools, KPIs, and strategies based on severity of constraints
  • Drive automation and forecast accuracy improvements to reduce excess and obsolete inventory costs
  • Act as primary contact for other functions; summarize key trends and implications for short- and long-term business decisions
  • Represent Commercial in monthly (MBR, PMR) and quarterly/yearly reviews; identify process improvements and lead cross-functional projects
  • Prioritize commercial launch requests across regions based on strategy, ROI, and competitive landscape
  • Lead demand forecast for ADC long-term strategic planning
