  • Senior leader with track record of leading cross-functional projects consisting of 2-6 Strategy Associates, Managers, and Senior Managers
  • Strong process and content leadership skills for strategy projects
  • Ability to act as point person between Strategy and cross-functional business teams
  • Track record of making pragmatic, concrete recommendations with real-world implementation experience
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Excellent in developing creative/out-of-the-box and well-thought-out solutions for challenging business problems

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for eBay to differentiate itself in the market, including crafting strategies, developing key initiatives, and working with key eBay constituencies to gain consensus
  • Independently lead cross-functional projects involving executive and senior partners from various parts of the organization
  • Develop content and topic expertise, perspectives on issues important to eBay’s strategy, structure problems, and develop creative solutions to challenging business problems
  • Work with the eBay line organization as needed to support mobilization and implementation of business strategies
  • Monitor the competitive environment and trends
