Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field
Extensive experience in content strategy, partnerships, and business development, preferably in relevant field

Responsibilities

Cultivate and lead network and programmer partnerships to drive business goals
Ensure successful activation and fulfillment of partnership goals and objectives, including all contractual obligations
Provide consistent and ongoing oversight, including internal and external communication of cross-company partner activities
Serve as primary lead for NBCU integrated growth initiatives, maintaining visibility into all relevant workstreams and ensuring alignment across departments
Oversee end-to-end planning of business reviews and content initiatives, including development and presentation to executive leadership teams
Identify and lead new revenue and business opportunities, balancing commercialization with premium customer experience
Utilize data-driven insights and partnership skills to develop differentiated content opportunities driving growth, profitability, and product adoption
Support ad-hoc business initiatives requiring input on partnerships and content strategy
Represent strategic initiatives with senior leadership, exercising independent judgment and discretion
Align with product and marketing organizations to leverage partnerships and content for business goals, providing regular updates on partner health and initiatives
Develop and leverage cross-functional relationships across Editorial, Marketing, Operations, Content Acquisition, Strategic Development, and additional teams through proactive communication and coordination
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedule as needed
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
