Requirements

8+ years of experience in client services or account management, preferably within a media, digital, or social/influencer agency environment
Proven track record of developing, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with key clients to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and strategic business objectives
Experience overseeing key account metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability, with a focus on driving results
Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
Highly accomplished leader in client and people management with a track record of maneuvering diverse client organizational structures and verticals

Responsibilities

Foster strong relationships with key clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and strategic business objectives, driving growth
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure a 5-star client experience, supporting the client services team in delivering disruptive, business-building work of high quality within budget and on time
Own crucial account metrics such as revenue growth and profitability
Develop effective strategies to maximize account potential, including growth to new business lines, groups, and geographies
Lead the development of client proposals, including strategic direction, pricing, and creative concepts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Strategy, Production, and Paid Media
Align with client objectives to design best-in-class social campaigns
Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies
Share insights and knowledge with the team to drive innovation and foster growth
Indirectly oversee several supporting team members from different capabilities as well as external partners for each project
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client campaigns, managing resources and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
