Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
  • Utilize data and process mapping tools to visualize and analyze current processes
  • Develop and propose optimized business processes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and drive implementation of process improvements
  • Ensure that new processes align with organizational goals and comply with relevant regulations and standards
  • Collect and analyze data to measure process performance and identify trends and patterns
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and KPIs to track the success of process improvement initiatives
  • Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
  • Develop and execute communication plans to engage and inform stakeholders about process changes
  • Provide training and support to teams to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure sustained improvements
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Generate regular reports on process performance, improvement initiatives, and project status
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process improvement methodologies
  • Serve as the single point of contact and accountability for processes, including how work gets done, performance, optimization efforts, and adoption of changes
  • In conjunction with the Executive Director, CTDO Chief of Staff, support improved visibility, agility, performance, and scalability while minimizing compliance risks through digitization and automation
