Requirements

  • 12+ years of leadership experience in governance, risk, compliance, or strategy, with at least 5 years in a senior or executive role within complex, high-impact organizations
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing governance frameworks, controls testing, and audit practices—preferably within earnings, tax, or financial operations
  • Proven ability to craft and deliver global communications and training programs that drive alignment and engagement in highly regulated environments
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements for contractor earnings and tax reporting, with a track record of anticipating and adapting to emerging industry standards
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional alignment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead global strategy for independent contractor earnings, tax, and compliance processes
  • Develop and execute robust governance frameworks and end-to-end controls testing programs to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and operational consistency for contractor earnings, tax, & compliance
  • Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of governance processes, delivering transparent and actionable reporting to senior leadership
  • Lead the design and rollout of global communications strategy for major compliance and governance initiatives, ensuring clear, consistent messaging across all levels and geographies
  • Drive transformational change by developing long-term strategies, piloting new processes, and championing adoption across cross-functional teams
  • Design, implement, and oversee scalable training programs that empower contractors, associates, and internal teams to maintain compliance and embrace organizational best practices
