Responsibilities

  • Lead with a long-term, strategic lens to bring clarity, consistency, and agility to brand building, scaling, and evolution
  • Lead a team of brand managers to develop and activate brand strategies across existing and new brand opportunities
  • Facilitate strong cross-functional teams to bring brands to life across all guest touchpoints
  • Build strong brand strategies driven by consumer-first insights that create long-term growth
  • Lead the Owned Brand Roundtable and own senior relationships across key partner teams
  • Be accountable for key decision moments in the operating model: situation assessment, total portfolio review, brand strategy, brand execution, and ongoing brand performance assessment
  • Develop and implement innovative growth strategies for the Women’s Apparel & Accessories Owned Brand portfolio
  • Build a team of holistic brand managers who develop strong brand strategies and ensure execution delivers results
  • Build and evolve the overall owned brand portfolio management processes
