Responsibilities

  • Manage teams at client sites to ensure consistency of technical services, compliance with processes/standards, and responsiveness to client/employee needs
  • Identify and implement employee performance and development plans for individual and organizational growth
  • Direct and manage teams executing projects, with responsibility for technical solutions, cost, quality, and client satisfaction
  • Lead initiatives and projects by ensuring team/individual goals are understood, priorities managed, and work completed timely/high-quality
  • Support project direction, strategy, resource planning, objectives, and requirements throughout the project lifecycle without oversight
  • Provide technical direction, training, career development, and performance assessments as a Subject Matter Expert
  • Build and maintain high-performing teams for successful account management and growth
  • Drive business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand services across assigned accounts
  • Review and populate site dashboards to provide direction on project health and expansion opportunities
  • Lead, oversee, and execute client project initiatives to identify new/added services
  • Support development, implementation, and execution of strategic plans to meet business development/growth targets
  • Maintain new/existing client accounts, focusing on project delivery and account growth
  • Work with client business/technical leadership on workflow development, project scope, risk assessment, issue resolution, forecasting, and planning
  • Provide direction and innovation in service/process improvement, cost reduction, and business process recommendations
