Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a minimum of five years of professional experience; alternatively, a Master’s degree in a similar field with at least three years of relevant experience is required. Proficiency in Python and data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy is necessary, along with familiarity with API frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask and RESTful API concepts. A strong understanding of machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is also required, as is experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with version control systems like Git and adherence to software development best practices are essential.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Cognitive/Machine Learning Professional, the individual will explore and implement generative AI technologies using Large Language Models and other generative models to create innovative solutions, build and maintain robust APIs for enabling Retrieval-Augmented Generation and generative AI agents within business use cases, and design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and transformation of large datasets. They will assist the data science team in the development and deployment of traditional machine learning models, collaborate with data scientists to understand model requirements and translate them into scalable engineering solutions, monitor and maintain the performance and reliability of deployed APIs, models, and data pipelines, and stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, generative AI, and related technologies.
