This role is eligible to be based out of any of Axon's US hub offices (Atlanta, Boston, DC, Denver, NYC, Phoenix, San Francisco, Seattle) and follows a hybrid schedule, with team members required to work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays and flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation.
You will lead accounting research and operational analysis focused on M&A, strategic equity and debt investments, new accounting standards, and special projects, while collaborating with the Strategy team, developing accounting policies, and presenting to senior leadership.
The role requires expertise in U.S. GAAP, particularly topics like M&A, private and public equity, debt instruments, consolidation, VIE, and equity-method accounting, along with the ability to conduct research, create technical memoranda, and communicate concisely to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
