Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience managing and growing a high-performing B2B account management organization, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results year over year within the healthcare and benefits industry. They should demonstrate experience supporting clients to increase engagement and maximize the value of a SaaS solution, along with a passion for delivering an excellent client experience and a strong ability to think systematically and design operational processes. Excellent communication and presentation skills are also required, alongside a self-starter mindset and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving, and fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

The Director of Account Management will lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers to ensure Garner delivers an excellent client experience to its mid-market book of business, designing and building scalable systems and processes to support team growth and client success. They will hold the team accountable for executing key workflows and meeting KPIs, monitor client health and success KPIs, develop best practice standards and workflows to improve client satisfaction and engagement, and ensure strong day-to-day relationships with brokers and clients. Furthermore, the Director will communicate regularly with decision-makers and broker partners, collaborate with product, sales, and member services teams to meet client engagement goals, and travel up to 25% of the time.
