As a Director - Contract Renewals, you will own and drive the end-to-end SaaS contract renewal process, proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and address concerns. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to gather information for renewal negotiations, effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing, and identify upsell opportunities. Furthermore, you will cultivate strong customer relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and develop accurate forecasts of renewal revenue while providing regular updates to the leadership team.
