Requirements

  • Leadership experience in directing a growing team of user acquisition managers

  • Ability to manage a nine-figure annual UA budget and maximize commercial impact

Responsibilities

  • Develop UA strategies and daily operations to achieve and exceed weekly/monthly/quarterly ROI and user quality targets
  • Adopt a structured, data-focused approach for experimenting and optimizing current and new media sources
  • Lead a team of user acquisition managers to achieve planned performance and scale; provide necessary leadership, governance, mentoring, training, and professional development
  • Manage the functional P&L account, including media budgets, tools, headcount, design, forecasting, and resource plans
  • Collaborate closely with product and LiveOps teams to facilitate cross-functional initiatives maximizing customer lifetime value, app growth, and customer ROI
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Business Analytics and data teams to prioritize and guide analytical support for performance measurement, forecasting, planning, and automation to maximize UA contribution to business
  • Provide critical analyses and insights on operational performance, and report regularly to the marketing director and other executive stakeholders, including the board of directors
