Requirements

Diplôme BAC+5 en finance, contrôle de gestion ou domaine connexe, ou équivalent en termes d’acquis professionnels
Idéalement 5-7 années d’expérience dans des fonctions contrôle de gestion dans un environnement industriel
Compétence en contrôle de gestion industriel
Maîtrise des outils d’analyse financière
Compréhension des enjeux industriels
Compréhension des réglementations/normes QHSEE
Connaissance des outils ERP/MES
Maîtrise des méthodologies de résolution de problème
Capacité à analyser et optimiser des flux de travail, et capacité de synthèse
Capacité à gérer une équipe
Connaissance des méthodes de management visuel
Maîtrise de l’anglais

Responsibilities

Coordonner la performance et le développement des membres de l’équipe
Animer les réunions d’équipe et les points sécurité
Arbitrer, décider des priorités
Définir, déployer et piloter la stratégie de contrôle de gestion du site en cohérence avec la stratégie globale de l’entreprise
Élaborer et suivre les budgets du site en cohérence avec la stratégie industrielle et les objectifs du groupe
Analyser la performance financière mensuelle afin de fournir une vision claire et précise de la rentabilité et des coûts du site
Produire des reportings financiers réguliers à destination de la direction générale
Assurer le contrôle des coûts et des investissements du site, en mettant en place des procédures de contrôle interne et des indicateurs de performance
Accompagner les projets industriels et d’investissement, en réalisant des études de rentabilité, des analyses de coûts de revient et des prévisions financières
Collaborer avec les départements opérationnels pour recueillir les données nécessaires à l’analyse des coûts et à l’évaluation de la rentabilité des opérations
Piloter les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI), en proposant des axes d’amélioration et en mettant en place des actions correctives
Participer aux activités de trésorerie et de comptabilité du site en collaboration avec le Accounting Shared Service Center et les parties prenantes
Coordonner les contrôles internes du site, et valider les compliances avec les standards du groupe
