Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent is preferred
5-8 years of experience in System Integration, Enterprise Application Development with Java or JavaScript (Node JS, React JS), Relational Databases (e.g. PostgreSQL), Cloud environments
Knowledge on Workflow technologies, ERP/MES systems, supply chain or manufacturing systems
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and the external technology provider
Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the overall Direct Connectivity system, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy
Provide technical support for the Direct Connectivity platform, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, working closely with internal and external technical teams
Partner with the technology provider to track, communicate, and follow up on open issues until closure
Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, configurations, and enhancements
Identify new technical requirements (e.g., SAP integrations, new workflows, data interfaces) and document them for review and implementation
Maintain comprehensive documentation for the solution, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and interface specifications
Assist with technical configurations, system monitoring, and user support as needed
Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, EMA, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, including audit trails and data integrity
Oversee system testing, regression testing, and change management from a technical perspective
Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners on the tool
Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve system performance, scalability, and adoption
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and incorporating lessons learned into future projects
