Industry Certifications on Virtualization, Cloud and Containers
French/German/Spanish language skills
Ability to interact with people (customer and internal HPE) at all levels and geographies
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive the conversation/discussion
Technical writing skills to publish required documents

Responsibilities

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
Provide technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers’ business needs
Understand customers’ businesses and act as trusted advisor to create and maintain effective customer relationships for customer satisfaction
Actively contribute to the company’s solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from customer projects
Shape technical direction and technical strategies within the organization and for external customers
Maintain consistent and significant chargeability levels (or expense relief for internal project teams) and assist in meeting or exceeding revenue and customer satisfaction goals
Contribute to organization’s profitability by generating and cultivating new business opportunities and providing technical support for deal proposal development
Interact with sales/pursuit/Presales team in country to understand customer requirements, review RFP and Solution requirements
Deliver best-in-class technology solutions to solve customer business challenges, while meeting HPE business objectives
Take part in solution preparation to deliver technical value and expertise to HPE’s large customer base, and/or contribute to the design of technical solutions for customer environments
Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
Participate in a chosen technical community or profession to continuously expand technical knowledge, business acumen, and professional network
Work in collaboration with sales to develop pricing quote and SoW for in-pursuit deals
As Solution Architect with the country Pursuit Team, develop end-to-end solutions for managed services delivery to exempted customers
Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability
