  • Strong customer focus with ability to manage escalations, balancing needs of customer and HPE teams (Sales/Pursuit/Delivery)
  • Intermediate level of subject matter expertise to solve common technical problems
  • Ability to work independently within an established framework with moderate supervision

Responsibilities

  • Interact with sales/pursuit team in country to understand customer requirements and create quotes
  • Identify technological solutions needed to fulfill customer business objectives
  • Work in collaboration with sales to develop pricing quotes and SoW for in-pursuit deals
  • Develop end-to-end solutions for managed services delivery as Solution Architect with country Pursuit Team
  • Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team efficiency
  • Publish required documents using technical writing skills
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive discussions
  • Manage escalations, balancing needs of customer and HPE teams
  • Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
  • Create and maintain effective customer relationships as trusted advisor
  • Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge
  • Contribute to company’s solutions portfolio with technical knowledge and methodologies from customer projects
  • Shape technical direction and strategies within the organization and for external customers
  • Achieve consistent chargeability levels and assist in meeting revenue and customer satisfaction goals
  • Generate and cultivate new business opportunities and provide technical support for deal proposals
