Responsibilities

Interact with sales/pursuit team in country to understand customer requirements and create quotes
Identify technological solutions to fulfill customer business objectives
Collaborate with sales to develop pricing quotes and Statement of Work (SoW) for in-pursuit deals
Develop end-to-end solutions for managed services delivery to exempted customers as Solution Architect with country Pursuit Team
Identify and contribute to projects to improve services, customer satisfaction, profitability, and team efficiency
