This is a junior role ideal for a career starter within the Product Team, which is part of the wider Thinkbait team at Neilson Financial Services. The team has specializations in ecommerce, digital marketing, creative, content, UX, frontend development, and offline advertising.

The Role

The CRO Digital Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of the strategic direction for Neilson's A/B testing and experimentation capabilities. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams. While agency experience and familiarity with the Google stack and/or A/B testing platforms would be advantageous, on-the-job training can be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Optimisation Manager in executing the day-to-day strategic vision for A/B testing and experimentation programs.
  • Implement and monitor A/B tests and experiments across digital platforms.
  • Generate regular reports on experiment performance, providing clear and actionable insights.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all experiments, methodologies, and results.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing queries related to experimentation, performance, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide updates on testing initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the experimentation process and best practices.
  • Utilise data from various analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, MS Clarity) to inform testing hypotheses and identify areas for optimisation.
  • Work independently and proactively within a distributed team environment.
  • Demonstrate conscientiousness, diligence, and a keen attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Apply company values in all aspects of work and interactions.
  • Contribute to a data-driven marketing culture with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.

  • Basic understanding of tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, MS Clarity, VWO, or cookie consent platforms.
