Responsibilities

  • Work together with the promo planning lead to guarantee the seamless execution of quarterly or ad hoc promotion requests
  • Manage the Ecommerce Price list to ensure that modifications align with shifts in VAT, FX rates, special pricing programs, and general product price realignment initiatives
  • Serve as the key contact for cross-functional teams needing support on country-specific pricing, discount information, and customised deliverables for campaigns or initiatives
  • Recognise and raise any A.com pricing display bugs for resolution
  • Maintain the template system used for calculating promo discounts and generating the outputs required to support promo execution
  • Manage a Jira intake system for project requests, monitor asks, assign work to team members, and ensure timely completion
  • Regularly review and update SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documents to reflect process changes
  • Manage the monthly Digital Operations Newsletter
  • Review and improve team processes for greater efficiency, implementing changes as needed
  • Support ad hoc projects as required
