Requirements

  • Experience managing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Knowledge of eCommerce operations, including updating prices, creating products, and maintaining content (banners, collections, landings)
  • Familiarity with CRM, email campaigns, and automated journeys in SFMC
  • Ability to analyze digital campaign performance, KPIs, and propose optimizations
  • Experience leading Marketplace operations and integrations (internal and external)
  • Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and reporting from multiple sources
  • Strong coordination skills across departments (Commercial, Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, IT)
  • Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining quality
  • Willingness to train on SFCC, SFMC, and other digital platforms

Responsibilities

  • Administer daily eCommerce site operations in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), including updating prices, creating products, and maintaining content
  • Ensure content alignment with commercial and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate with Commercial and Customer Service areas for a consistent shopping experience
  • Manage client communications via Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including campaign calendars, journeys implementation, optimization, and maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal marketing team on 360° campaign planning and execution
  • Coordinate with external agencies for Brand and Performance campaigns
  • Analyze digital campaign performance and propose KPI improvements and personalization
  • Maximize use of digital-generated materials across channels
  • Extract, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources; maintain performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Support benchmarks, forecasts, and actionable insights
  • Lead Marketplace operations and integrations, acting as bridge between key areas (Finance, Logistics, Customer Service, Commercial, IT)
  • Coordinate requirements, developments, and continuous improvements for Marketplaces
  • Participate in corporate eCommerce platform implementation and development
  • Coordinate multiple projects and priorities without compromising quality
