Requirements

Candidates should possess at least four years of experience teaching in a K-12 or Higher Education setting, along with expertise in utilizing various web-based educational technology tools to support instruction. They should also have experience leading professional development sessions for teachers, employing best practices for adult learning, and demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation skills. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities are also required.

Responsibilities

The Digital Learning Specialist will deliver remote and in-person professional development for customers, tailoring trainings to align with school and district learning objectives, and lead online webinars. They will create educational marketing content such as collections, featured website content, newsletters, and social media posts, and develop online video courses and instructional guides for teachers. Furthermore, they will attend education technology conferences, lead sessions for teachers, engage with a trainer community to gather feedback, and collaborate with Customer Operations, Sales, and Product teams to meet customer needs and inform product development.
