Requirements

  • First experience in a Customer Success Manager position is preferred
  • Or first experience in a Training Organization (training manager, trainer, training assistant)
  • Or first experience in a consulting firm
  • A keen interest for the digital industry, education and e-learning in particular
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous experience in the SaaS B2B industry is nice to have
  • Native French, and excellent English proficiency (B2 minimum)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the business impact of the 360Learning solution in accordance with client objectives
  • Ensure the renewal of your client portfolio
  • Create and develop processes to handle a one-to-many approach
  • Create and develop reporting and communication processes
  • Develop the relationship with clients, including direct contact with top management teams
  • Master the product and corporate culture within one month
  • Familiarize yourself with CSP POOL Team processes and tools, analyze customer journey, and build proactive digital and one-to-many communication strategy within one month
  • Join first customer meetings and answer to a pool of clients asynchronously within one month
  • Drive renewal calls within three months
  • Drive new customer onboardings within three months
  • Organize and present webinars with internal experts within three months
  • Drive initiatives on specific topics such as ‘office hours’ within three months
  • Successfully onboard new customers and ensure on-time launch within six months
  • Define learning transformation roadmap during Business Reviews, identify asynchronous and one-to-many resources within six months
  • Define retro-planning of asynchronous resources and one-to-many initiatives and advocate for it within six months
  • Identify and document customer use-cases within six months
  • Build a relationship of trust with clients within six months
  • Identify new project opportunities, develop the account, and align with Account Management team within six months
  • Reduce churn by identifying at-risk customers and implementing remedial action plans within 12 months
  • Identify strong leaders within client teams within 12 months
  • Develop and share good business practices with the entire Client Success team within 12 months
  • Participate in process and automation improvements within 12 months
