Requirements

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in Digital Content creative
  • Experience in developing ideas and content creation for videos and fit for channel content for digital media
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Communications
  • Sound knowledge of Adobe CS Suite and video editing software (After Effects and more)
  • Sound knowledge of graphic design, editing, and video production
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience within retail and/or FMCG industry or working at an advertising agency
  • Nice to Have: Understanding of website UX and usability design principles
  • Nice to Have: Understanding of print production
  • Full-time, on-site in Metro Manila (Monday – Friday, 06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Head of Creative to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns and projects
  • Conceptualise and produce engaging digital content that resonates with the target audience while maintaining brand consistency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage creative resources, and stay updated with industry trends to drive innovative digital ideas
  • Obtain competitive quotes and provide input to ensure the business gets the best value from suppliers
  • Provide support to the Head of Creative and participate in research, analysis, reporting, and/or contract negotiation to improve operational efficiency, when required
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated campaigns and activities that help build the client's credibility in community and planet
  • Develop and execute holistic creative ideas across catalogue, digital, website, POS, OOH, eDM, PR, etc., for integrated brand campaigns, marketing/PR activation campaigns, and local marketing activities
  • Develop and execute in-store POS solutions
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with the company's brand identity, target audience, and marketing goals
  • Collaborate with the team to produce compelling and engaging content such as articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, and more
  • Manage and optimize content across various digital channels, including the company website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other relevant platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
