The Digital Advertising Support Specialist will assist with advertising contract implementation by gathering creative assets, answering advertiser questions, writing copy, editing images, creating proofs, and trafficking ads to the website. They will also provide performance data to advertisers, make updates to their programs, and assist with quality control checks during campaign launches, as well as follow-up emails to confirm program activation. Furthermore, the specialist will communicate with customers and DMO partners via email, phone, and video calls, and may be involved in billing assistance and program removal processing.
