Requirements

  • Relevant university degree (Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Software Engineering preferred but not essential if experienced with HTML/CSS from other sources)
  • Full professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate globally with internal Ops teams (Sales, Marketing, CSG, HR, Finance etc.) to understand business needs and provide WalkMe-based solutions
  • Build DAP solutions addressing operational and strategic requirements, including talk tracks around KPIs and value realization
  • Take business processes and provide solutions with suggestions for further improvements to help teams achieve departmental goals
  • Collaborate with Support, Product, and R&D teams to provide feedback on features, test new ones, and maintain Production and Test environments
  • Deliver DAP-focused case studies, references, and showcase SAP and WalkMe implementation relationships externally
  • Participate in Community-led and Marketing-led webinars to demonstrate "How WalkMe does WalkMe on SAP" and support thought leadership
  • Report on departmental DAP status for circulation to TechOps and ELT
  • Continuously identify opportunities for improvement, refine solutions, and generate meaningful practices with attention to measurements and detail
  • Maintain and support existing business solutions and processes through environment or process changes
  • Adapt in an ever-changing environment to generate meaningful impact across multiple business units
