Minimum of one (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science
One (1) or more years of related experience preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

Responsibilities

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment to ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products
Execute manufacturing solutions and provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements, applying process improvement or troubleshooting as applicable
Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production as applicable
Demonstrate a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how to support the full Plexus manufacturing processes and product requirements & specifications as applicable
Successfully execute responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes
Provide support to direct production line operators as applicable
Demonstrate basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation as applicable
