Requirements

  • Minimum of one (1) year completed of an Associate's degree OR completion of a Diploma in a discipline related to Electronics / Manufacturing / Engineering or Science
  • One (1) or more years of related experience preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered

Responsibilities

  • Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment to ensure the quality and reliability of Plexus products
  • Execute manufacturing solutions and provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy customer requirements, applying process improvement or troubleshooting as applicable
  • Utilize appropriate tools to perform necessary work, including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes, or production as applicable
  • Demonstrate a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how to support the full Plexus manufacturing processes and product requirements & specifications as applicable
  • Successfully execute responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' manufacturing processes
  • Provide support to direct production line operators as applicable
  • Demonstrate basic understanding of equipment, process control, safety, risk awareness, setup awareness, and operation as applicable
