  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge in the work field, typically obtained through education
  • Extensive sales experience, particularly as a professional sales representative

  • Experience managing large accounts involving multiple team members
  • Strong judgment in selecting solution methods and techniques

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Medtronic products and services (insulin and continuous glucose monitoring therapies) in hospitals across Anhui Province, based in Hefei, to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Develop, establish, and strengthen long-term relationships with stakeholders, including distributors and healthcare professionals
  • Identify potential customers, assess needs, and provide products/services to maximize benefits of Medtronic offerings
  • Promote and establish education on company products and/or services
  • Conduct market research, including customer and competitor activities
  • Implement market development plans/strategies and changes as needed
  • Convey customer feedback on new products or modifications to existing products/applications to internal stakeholders (R&D, operations, marketing)
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, develop new customer relationships, implement sales strategies, and facilitate deals
  • Protect and maintain product distribution/services and effective agreements
  • Build relationship networks
  • Achieve personal sales goals by developing new customers/expanding existing ones, increasing market share, and building a strong customer base
  • Handle one or more large clients involving multiple team members; drive customer adoption and penetration
  • Improve sales processes and tools to enhance performance in the work area
  • Suggest changes to customer strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals
  • Influence internal contacts and external suppliers/clients/suppliers on policies, practices, and procedures
  • Communicate with external suppliers/clients/suppliers, including senior negotiations and/or presentations, to manage relationships and close sales
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other sales personnel and/or support staff
  • Manage large accounts, delegate work, and review others' work products
