Requirements

  • 2 years of experience creating JavaScript-based solutions from external requirements, or similar experience
  • Knowledge of and experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON
  • Mastery of HTML/CSS specialized for email development, including responsive design and email scripting languages (e.g., AMPscript)
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and quickly adapt to changing business needs
  • Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns for business partners by providing recommendations for implementing promotional activities
  • Gather requirements for non-standard marketing campaigns
  • Develop, test, and implement code to create personalized experiences for temporary promotional campaigns and permanent offers, ensuring seamless compatibility across browsers and devices using platforms like BrowserStack
  • Support all partner site change requests
  • Document all work products created to facilitate understanding and reuse
  • Collaborate regularly with various teams (e.g., Marketing, Data Science, Account Management, Delivery Services, Product, Engineering)
  • With the Manager, conduct root cause analyses; suggest and implement process improvements and/or simplifications to increase efficiency and avoid future errors
  • Assist the team with other tasks as needed (e.g., setting up and/or QA'ing promotions in our systems; preparing member targeting lists for various endpoints)
  • Work on special projects as needed (e.g., with Delivery Services or Product team)
