Responsibilities

Assurer une veille approfondie du marché de la glace (concurrence, gammes, produits, tarifs) pour identifier les opportunités et nourrir le plan de développement glace
Analyser les besoins spécifiques des clients en matière de glace (produits, accompagnement, matériel) et évaluer les leviers de croissance en termes de chiffre d’affaires et de marge pour Sysco
Identifier les opportunités à fort potentiel dans la zone en observant les points de vente et en exploitant les données disponibles pour cibler efficacement clients et prospects
Accompagner les Commerciaux en prospection et en clientèle (70 % à 80 % du temps) : préparation des rendez-vous, formalisation des propositions commerciales, argumentation, organisation de dégustations comparatives, conseil sur l’installation et l’aménagement des points de vente
Développer et fidéliser la clientèle avec un accompagnement personnalisé : conseils sur l’agencement du point de vente, le matériel, la formation du personnel, l’évolution de l’offre glace & desserts, animation commerciale sur site
Être le référent glace de l’équipe : relayer les informations stratégiques du Responsable Glace Régional, animer l’activité commerciale (volumes, chiffre d’affaires, marge, clientèle active), renforcer la culture glace au sein des équipes
Organiser et animer les pôles glace des salons régionaux et des événements locaux (ex. : journées de dégustation en showroom)
Contribuer à la remontée d’informations sur la concurrence auprès du Développement Commercial et du Marketing pour alimenter l’évolution des gammes et de la politique commerciale
Développer les ventes de glace en référençant les gammes et marques exclusives chez des clients et prospects à fort potentiel
Accompagner les Chefs de Secteur en clientèle pour apporter une expertise glace différenciante, optimiser l’argumentaire commercial et renforcer le partenariat avec Sysco
