Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with your triad (Designer + Product + Development manager) to understand business challenges, identify impactful opportunities, and craft a team roadmap
  • Working with your team on designing technical solutions
  • Giving great feedback on code reviews, architecture documents, and more to support team members in making great technical decisions
  • Actively participating as a contributor to projects, either through extensive code reviews or shipping code
  • Having 1:1 meetings with direct reports to support their career growth and development goals
  • Actively participating in hiring to grow the engineering team
  • Reviewing code contributed by team members or other Clio developers seeking your expertise on a technology or pattern
  • Executing on the technical roadmap, with a focus on guiding the architecture of Clio Grow’s reputation management features (e.g., review requests, listing management) and website capabilities
  • Leading a development team creating tools that empower law firms to monitor, solicit, and capture client reviews, and help improve client satisfaction
