Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support, software engineering, or a similar role
  • Familiarity with Python
  • Hands-on experience with distributed systems, containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD workflows

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to Dagster+ customers and open-source users
  • Provide technical guidance on data orchestration, integration, and how to write pipelines in Dagster (Python)
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to Dagster installations, integrations, and deployments
  • Troubleshoot issues with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) to help customers implement solutions effectively
  • Improve documentation for clarity and usability
  • Improve support tooling and develop debugging resources to expedite issue resolution
  • Provide feedback to engineering and product teams to drive product improvements
