Requirements

2+ years of relevant experience in technical support, software engineering, or a similar role
Familiarity with Python
Hands-on experience with distributed systems, containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with empathy for clients and ability to advocate for their needs while representing the company effectively
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to Dagster+ customers and open-source users
Provide technical guidance on data orchestration, integration, and how to write pipelines in Dagster (Python)
Diagnose and resolve issues related to Dagster installations, integrations, and deployments
Troubleshoot issues with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) to help customers implement solutions effectively
Improve documentation for clarity and usability
Improve support tooling and develop debugging resources to expedite issue resolution
Provide feedback to engineering and product teams to drive product improvements
