Requirements

Candidates should have approximately 6-8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure, with at least 2 years in people management or team leadership. Solid expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD, monitoring, and database operations is required, along with working knowledge of security practices and compliance standards. Demonstrated ability to coach individuals, manage projects, build team alignment, and simplify technical issues for non-technical partners is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The DevSecOps Manager will directly manage the DevOps, Security, and IT team, focusing on execution excellence for reliable, secure, and efficient systems. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, setting priorities, tracking progress, partnering with Engineering leads on technical plans, and driving improvements in automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and system performance. The role also involves ensuring infrastructure stability, security, and cost optimization, providing mentorship and career growth support to team members, tracking OKRs and KPIs, collaborating with vendors, and staying hands-on with incident response and technical reviews when needed.
