Requirements

Ability to manage and deliver ad-hoc research projects with minimal supervision
Proficiency in conducting in-depth desk research using secondary sources and IQVIA data assets
Skills in performing quantitative analysis and integrating qualitative/quantitative data
Experience in developing storyboards and presenting structured analyses with value-added insights
Capability to lead strategic projects including opportunity assessment, disease/market landscape analysis, competitive intelligence, analog benchmarking, digital roadmap development, market sizing, brand/portfolio strategy
Strong project management skills: acting as project lead, owning client accounts, stakeholder management, workflow prioritization, quality oversight, timeline negotiation, issue resolution
Ability to collaborate with teams, build/maintain client/stakeholder relationships
Proactive risk/issue identification and escalation
Familiarity with pharma and life sciences sectors

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth desk research to understand target markets, companies, or opportunities
Gather information through secondary research and IQVIA data sources based on client requirements
Integrate qualitative and quantitative data, present analysis in a structured manner, and provide value-added insights
Lead strategic projects for pharma/life sciences companies (e.g., opportunity assessment, disease/market landscape, competitive intelligence, analog benchmarking, digital roadmaps, market sizing, brand/portfolio strategy)
Ensure high-quality outputs, identify risks/issues, and escalate as needed
Function as project lead: own client accounts, serve as main point of contact, prioritize workflow, oversee deliverable quality, negotiate timelines, address issues
Collaborate with team members to meet timelines and deliver high-quality client outputs
Build and maintain strong client/stakeholder relationships
Support business development through proposal creation
Contribute to knowledge management initiatives
Drive quality and process improvements using AI tools and automation
Engage in new concepts, products, and innovations within the team
Deliver internal skill-based training sessions
