Candidates need 5+ years of support and networking experience, general firewalls and packet filtering experience and troubleshooting, HTTP/HTTPS troubleshooting by browsers, knowledge of IPv4, IPv6, routing, DNS, load balancing, proxies, and other layer 2-4 concepts, and authentication systems such as LDAP and MS AD.
Preferred qualifications include experience with network protocol analyzers like tcpdump and Wireshark, network security such as SSL/TLS, VPNs, Firewall, IDS/IPS, Zscaler product experience, VPN technologies like IPSec and VPN clients, and scripting knowledge in SHELL or Python.
The role is hybrid.
