Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in motion design, video production, or related fields
  • Strong portfolio showcasing sizzle reels, brand storytelling, and innovative motion work
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with AI tools and workflows in creative production (strong plus)
  • Proven ability to lead projects and mentor designers in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong visual and communication design skills, with a keen eye for pacing, emotion, and narrative
  • Self-directed, flexible, and highly cooperative work style within local and global teams

Responsibilities
