Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning (Must Have skill)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
15 years full-time education
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication
Ability to analyze and interpret deployment metrics effectively
Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation processes
Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while ensuring scalability, responsible use, and tangible value realization

Responsibilities

Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources
Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies and ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities
Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate training sessions and pilot programs to ensure team readiness
Monitor project metrics and adjust plans as necessary to meet deployment goals
