Responsibilities

The Denial & Collections Manager will align the RCM Collection & Denials team with the Revenue Cycle Management strategic vision and drive the execution of RCM initiatives. They will lead a team of supervisors and direct reports, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include identifying, developing, and monitoring key performance indicators and dashboards, ensuring timely receipt of documentation for reimbursement, and conducting needs analysis on claims data to implement workflow enhancements. The manager will also collaborate with various departments within RCM.
