Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, business analytics, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP IBP) is a plus
  • Solid understanding of demand planning principles, inventory management, and revenue impact
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively across teams
  • Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred
  • Experience presenting forecasts and insights to cross-functional teams and management is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain monthly and quarterly demand forecasts by product family, customer, and geographic region
  • Analyze historical data, market trends, backlog, and new design win inputs to refine forecast models
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, identify gaps, and recommend actions to improve forecast performance
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis and scenario planning exercises to support strategic business initiatives
  • Collaborate with IT and Data Analytics teams to improve system integration, dashboard reporting, and automation efforts
  • Perform demand analysis, and partner with stakeholders to highlight risks & opportunities, and support inventory optimization and revenue decision support
