Responsibilities

  • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions by leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Understand strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Interact primarily with direct supervisor, peers, and/or management at client/Accenture
  • Receive guidance on determining methods and procedures for new assignments
  • Make decisions that impact the team
  • Manage small teams and/or work efforts at client or within Accenture
  • Determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions
  • Optimize working capital, provide real-time visibility and end-to-end management of revenue and cash flow, streamline billing processes
  • Oversee processes from customer inquiry, sales order to delivery and invoicing
  • Solve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers
  • Understand cash applications, apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, process from payment receipt to finalization
  • Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits to build deeper client relationships
  • Monitor existing services to identify opportunities for additional and innovative value to the client
