  • 10 to 14 years of years of experience (with 7+ years in supplier data management or supply chain management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role)
  • Proven experience in product data management and S&OP processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting to senior leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: Experience in high-volume, dynamic supply chain or retail environment
  • Preferred: Understanding of key pricing and promotion metrics
  • Preferred: Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Support the buying team by ensuring tasks are undertaken accurately to drive business unit performance
  • Carry out accurate filing and maintenance of required records in line with company procedures and legal guidelines
  • Onboard domestic and non-domestic suppliers, completing required documentation with inputs from multiple stakeholders, checks, and system uploads
  • Manage supplier queries by triaging, investigating, categorizing (e.g., General, Commercial/Trading, Onboarding, Digital, Finance), and resolving them timely with appropriate stakeholders
  • Review large Item Supplier performance against agreed KPIs on a weekly basis
  • Maintain supplier data according to supplier requests
  • Provide ad-hoc support for special projects, including new product introductions, promotional campaigns, or supply chain strategy changes
  • Handle urgent product data inquiries and provide timely responses to internal stakeholders
  • Analyze and solve moderately complex problems, creating new solutions by leveraging or adapting existing methods
  • Understand strategic direction from senior management related to team goals
  • Interact with direct supervisor, team leads, peers, management at client/Accenture
  • Require minimal guidance on methods and procedures for new assignments
  • Make decisions impacting the team and occasionally other teams
  • Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts
