Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the commercial process for banking customers, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies
  • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for account opening, customer onboarding, and account maintenance, focusing on accuracy and compliance
  • Stay updated on legal requirements and regulations related to probate and legal order processing, ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to legal guidelines in probate and legal order processing activities
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement, streamline processes, and optimize efficiency
  • Provide guidance and support to the retail banking operations team, including training, performance management, and career development
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the retail banking operations team, emphasizing high-quality service and timely issue resolution
  • Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and archiving of account-related information, probate cases, and legal order processing
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as legal, compliance, and risk management teams, to ensure alignment
  • Develop and deliver core banking solutions for applications handling account management, interest calculations, cash deposits and withdrawals processing, customer management, and product management
