Requirements

Any Graduation (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience)
Minimum of 12+ years of relevant experience in consulting, sourcing/procurement/supply chain management function
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in managing global Customers and suppliers (NA, EMEA, Australia)
Minimum of 8+ years of strategic sourcing, category management, and/or professional industry experience in sub-categories: Cleaning Services, Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance, Design & Workplace Services, Fit-out & Refurbishment, Food Services, Furniture, Grounds Maintenance (Landscaping, Snow removal), Integrated Facilities Management, Office Services, Real Estate Services & Brokerage, Security Services (Manned and Systems), Waste & Environmental (Hazardous, Non-hazardous, pest control)
Deep knowledge of sourcing & category management process, policies, best practices, sourcing dashboards and contracts
Strong critical thinker, self-starter who can take initiative with high-level direction and deliver client work with minimal supervision
Passion for continuous self-learning within the Facilities Services and Commercial Real Estate industry (e.g., banking, retail, industrial, healthcare)
Proven analytical skills in numeric (e.g., spreadsheets) and text-based (e.g., reading terms and conditions) analysis, converting information into tangible recommendations
Expert in team management, coaching team members, team expansion and retention
Experience working with clients and stakeholders in international environment
Decision maker who sets direction with stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and innovation

Responsibilities

Utilize deep FS & RE sourcing and supplier management experience to drive tangible results for clients
Deliver category management services including strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, supplier performance management, and continuous cost and performance improvement
Develop and provide oversight for the execution of FS & CRE sourcing strategies supporting customer business goals while achieving optimal pricing, quality, and service levels
Work as part of Procurement management team: identify needs, find and qualify suppliers, request proposals, negotiate with suppliers, contract, manage delivery, and analyze results
Understand when & how to use RFP (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only), and develop, execute, and analyze results
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen, and select suppliers
Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities
