Sound understanding of commercial banking operations (Payments, Account Maintenance, Collateral Management and Servicing)
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, provide excellent customer service, collaborate effectively, and foster a positive work environment
Strong client relationship management skills, including direct interaction with clients, maintaining trusting relationships, and creating revenue-generating strategies
Strong negotiation skills, including preparation, conducting negotiations, articulating needs, and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations ensuring efficient and customer-centric services
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets
