Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a fast-paced environment, with a strong applied understanding of Agile methodologies. They require 3-5 years of experience in domains such as developer tools, build environments, and storage environment configuration, along with 3-5 years of direct experience working with engineering teams. Furthermore, they must have working knowledge of cloud security best practices, including security architecture, risk assessment, and vulnerability management, and working knowledge of designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure. Additionally, candidates should be able to coach the team on Scrum principles, align team resources to business priorities, proactively identify and drive resolution of blocking issues, coordinate cross-project activities, facilitate triage of customer tickets, manage the Sprint Backlog in Jira, drive change requests, establish release communications, drive program level performance reporting, and effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on risk and issue mitigation plans, proactively identifying and tracking issues, coordinating release management activities, facilitating triage of customer tickets, managing the Sprint Backlog, driving change requests, establishing release communications, driving program level performance reporting, and working with engineers to scope and size work. They will also be responsible for stakeholder management, establishing and driving successful release communications, and fostering a collaborative and politics-free environment.
